Name: Alex Chesser Organization: - Position: - The WIPO is already stealing far too many domain names from people who hold a reasonable right to them. Although the cases are too numberous to mention an example would be 'crew.com' being given to the company J.Crew primacy should hold some right and if one can make a valid claim to the name they should be allowed to keep it. the WIPO seems to be operating under the assumtion of guilty until proven innocent (as witnessed by the 84% findings made against the defendant) in regards to the new rules of internet domain, you're making it easier to steal from the people. it is very frustrating and upsetting. the WIPO reeks of an evil empire or at least a corporate lapdog please stop what you're doing |
