Name: Eric Molitor Organization: Individual Position: Domain Owner The limitation on personal names is invalid and possibly illegal in the United States. If you reserve rights for "celebrity" names then you must reserve rights for all personal names. If special rights are granted for personal names then these rights should be exteneded to ALL persons. Remember that protecting the "celebrities" is protecting the "rich" and indicates a removal of rights for the "poor". This is no different than saying only white people have rights to domain names. Asians have no rights to domain names. etc... If such a provision were made to limit rights to those people whom are rich and famous I will be forced to seek legal advice on challenging such an horrible decision.
