This proposed item threatens my way of life as a small business owner. Some large Multi-National company could come along and squeeze me out of business just because I can't afford the legal fees to contest such a dispute. As for squatters, let them be. Free market, if they have the foresight to scoop up a domain name a large company might use, more power to them.
