In reading the report I can't help but think that you are trying to =
resolve international trademarks disputes that have not been solved to =
date. How can WIPO establish policy for sovereign nations that have =
not accepted the terms and conditions of your policy?
Also several nations allow same names to exist for different industries =
and persons. This would mean that Mr. Smith can only be registered =
once and all other Smiths must change?
How will the WIPO protect established trade names from the millions of =
individuals using and operating on the Net? Does this mean if an =
individual established the name Coke on the Net before Coke Cola they =
lose their rights to use the "Coke" trademark on the Net?
