To whom it may concern,

I probably have alot less to say then others who this report may mean alot to but I still have a little something to say. I dont have a domain that I'm trying to protect so the outcome of this report really will make little difference to me.
All I have to say is that this seems to be overkill. From what I understand this is made to provent people from buying a commercial domain with the intent to sell the domain to the trademark holder for an unresonable price. This proposal will affectively take domains from people that have not bought there domain with this malicious intent. I think that this is unfair and the report should be modified to protect these people.
