Ford Motor Company is preparing comments on WIPO RFC-2.

However, we regret that we will be unable to submit these comments by today’s deadline of November 6, 1998.

We observe that others have requested that the deadline for comments be extended and agree that such an extension would be beneficial. We believe that an extension of the deadline through November 13, 1998, would enable us to submit our comments on WIPO RFC-2.
