Under your proposals, no individual of modest means will ever be able to get a domain name. The only domains that will be left for individuals are individual words themselves. The. And. That. This. The only time a trademark owner should be able to take away a domain is if the domain is being used to subvert the trademark. If my name is Joe McDonald will I be able to use mcdonalds.com? I doubt it. This entire process almost makes me want to be a communist. Oh and while I'm ranting... this comment form is too complex, showing just where you are going to take this whole thing. Down with you and your one world government.
