Dr. Claus-Joerg RUETSCH is a German lawyer. In addition to his legal qualifications, he holds a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology (Oxford). After practicing with the law firm Gleiss, Lutz, Hootz, Hirsch & Partner, Stuttgart and working for Röhm GmbH, Darmstadt in the areas of Antitrust, Pharmaceutical and Commercial Law, he joined Roche Diagnostics GmbH (formerly Boehringer Mannheim GmbH) in 1996; since 2000 he is as Head Legal Diagnostics responsible for all legal matters of the Diagnostics Division of Roche, Basel with particular regard to Licensing, R&D and International Litigation and Arbitration. He completed his training as a mediator in 2007.
