Hotel Accommodation

Participants at events organized by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. They may on request benefit from Preferential Rates.

In connection with the WIPO Workshop for Mediators in Intellectual Property Disputes to be held on May 21 and 22, 2012, a few rooms have been pre-reserved by the Center in the following hotels, just a short distance from the WIPO premises; those wishing to reserve a room should do so directly with the hotel of their choice:

Transportation

All visitors staying at a hotel in Geneva can benefit from the Geneva Transport Card, at no additional cost. This personal and non-transferable pass is established upon the visitor’s check-in in the hotel, enabling its holder to use the entire public transportation network ("Unireso") without restriction, with validity for the entire duration of stay including the departure day.

Visitors arriving by air may obtain a free ticket from the distributor in the baggage recovery area (before customs), valid for 80 minutes.
