Curriculum Vitae – Mr. Malte Grasshof

Mr. Malte Grasshof is a national of Germany. Hehas completed Military Service at the Ministry of Defense and has been a Research Assistant to Professor Isensee in Bonn and Professor Kirchhof in Heidelberg. His current position, since January 1999, is as Judge at the Verwaltungsgericht (Administrative Court).

His publications include: Auswirkungen der neuen Sitzblockade-Entscheidung des BVerfG, NJW 1995, 3085, and Einschränkungen der „freien Rede" durch das Soldatengesetz, NZWehrR 1995, 177.

Mr. Grasshof completed his Law Studies at Bonn, Freiburg and Heidelberg.
