Curriculum Vitae - Dr. Mohamed Aboul-Enein
Dr. Mohamed Aboul-Enein is the Director of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and the Secretary-General of the Arab Union of International Arbitration.
In the international arena, Dr. Aboul-Enein holds the post of the Vice-President of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) and the Head of the Federations Institutional Section. Since 1999, he has been elected the Chairman of the Cairo Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Outside the arbitration domain, Dr. Aboul-Enein held and holds distinguished leading posts in many law entities constitutional and otherwise. Among these are his posts as ex-Senior Vice-President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt, he is now the Constitutional Counsel of the Peoples Assembly of Egypt and the Vice-President of the Egyptian Branch of the International Law Association (ILA).
