Please note that in order to file a Complaint with the Center under this Policy, it is necessary for a Complainant to have first attempted a mediation at CentralNic under the CentralNic Mediation Procedure and Rules. As of May 26, 2011, the below-posted Rules for CentralNic Dispute Resolution Policy, and the WIPO Supplemental Rules for CentralNic Dispute Resolution Policy (the Supplemental Rules) became effective. The modified version of the Rules allows for electronic-only filing of pleadings under the CentralNic Dispute Resolution Policy. For more information, please contact the Center directly.

Purpose: Provides a mechanism for resolving trademark-related disputes concerning third-level registrations for domain names in the following second-level generic top-level domain spaces: ".ae.org", ".africa.com", ".ar.com", ".br.com", ".cn.com", ".de.com", ".eu.com", ".gb.com", ".gb.net", ".gr.com", ".hu.com", ".hu.net",".jp.net", ".jpn.com", ".kr.com", ".mex.com", ".no.com", ".qc.com", ".ru.com", ".sa.com", ".se.com", ".se.net", ".uk.com", ".uk.net", ".us.com", ".us.org", ".uy.com", and ".za.com".
