Dispute Resolution Policy for Domain Names registered in .TM

Relevant differences between the UDRP and the .TM Policy

It is sufficient to prove that either registration or use of the domain name by the registrant is in bad faith, whereas the UDRP requires the complainant to prove both

The court jurisdiction of the registry, or the court jurisdiction at the location of the domain name holder, or submit to both

The complaint shall be submitted electronically by email and in hardcopy in four (4) sets together with the original of such submission.
