Masters of Intellectual Property and Human Rights Law

Objectives

The WIPO Academy, jointly with the Raoul Wallenberg Institute and the Lund University offer a joint Master of Intellectual Property and Human Rights Law degree since September 2000.

The program explores the interconnection between intellectual property and human rights, as well as the tensions between them. The program includes public international law and organizations, human rights, intellectual property rights, refugee law, among others.

Information

The program is intended for persons teaching or intending to teach intellectual property law and human rights law at institutions of higher learning in developing countries.
