Harald Pichlhoefer: At the European Patent Academy, he heads the program area , focusing on co-operation with national IP offices and public service institutions. He is working for the EPO since 2002, prior to that he worked as a researcher, journalist and consultant. He holds a Ph.D. in African Studies and is a lecturer at the University of Vienna, Institute for African Studies, International Development.
