| Paula Nelson is the General Counsel (Intellectual Property) and a Vice-President of Nestlé SA based at their international headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. She has been in this position for 2½ years, and reports to Nestlé's Chief Financial Officer. Paula joined the Legal Department of Nestlé UK Limited in 1990, and became Company Secretary and Head of the Legal Department there in 1995, a position which she held until moving to Switzerland. Prior to working for Nestlé, Paula was legal adviser to the Schering AG subsidiary in the UK, and before that practiced as a barrister.
