This Colloquium is organized by WIPO in cooperation with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The objective of the Colloquium is to enhance skills of judges from developing countries and build an understanding of the issues related to enforcement of intellectual property (IP) rights from several perspectives.
