How to apply

You apply for courses online via the course catalog page of this Web site, but please read the following information before going to the catalog page.

It is most important that you fill in the online application form carefully. Please take particular care with your mailing address and your email address. The mailing address is where we will send your certificate if your are successful in passing the exam. It is vital that you ensure that your email address is kept up to date and you mail box is able to receive emails from us at all times as this is the primary way we have of contacting you after you apply.

You will have a chance to change your application details and your password once you have access to the course and you must keep this up to date if you change any of your details particularly with regard to your address or email address.

You will be asked the following information when you apply so please have it ready before you apply

• Your address as you would expect to see it on an envelope addressed to you from another country including all relevant postal codes
• Your email address
• Your phone number ( this is optional)

Each time you wish to study the course you will be asked to log on using your username and password.

What is the Learning Management System?

The courses are all contained in a special area on our website, called Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS allows us to administer the course registration and examination procedures but also allows you to access other features beside the course materials.

These include:

• A glossary of terms used in the course
• A summary of your registration details (this can be changed by you if your address or email address changes)
• A chat facility (this enables you to send text messages to any of your fellow students who may be online at the same time)
• A discussion facility (this allows discussions on the course topics to take place between your tutor and students within their group)
• A bibliography of related materials
• The results of any tests
