FAQs on the final exam (DL101)
What is the final exam format?
The final exam consists of about 35 questions in multiple choice format.
This means that instead of writing your replies, you must select one of the possible answers available for each question.
It is an "open book"exam, which means you may refer to the course materials or any other material (if you wish) while taking the exam.
Do I have to study texts other than the course contents for the final exam?
No. If you manage to read the course contents and to understand them, you should be able to succesfully complete the exam.
Where can I find a sample final exam?
The end-of-module exam questions are very similar to the questions applied in the final exam. We therefore suggest that you take these exams in order to prepare for the final exam.
When can I take the final exam?
The final exam is made available to students during three to four days (as previously announced in the Academy's web site), at the end of each session.
Although it shouldn't take more than sixty minutes to complete the exam, students are entitled a limit of two hours within the final exam period to submit their answers.
Where can I find the final exam?
You will be able to access the final exam by clicking on the "Exam" icon on the top of the screen in the "Final Exam" module.
What happens if my Internet goes down while I am taking the exam?
You are able to save your replies as you proceed with the exam by clicking on the option "Bookmark" at the end of each question.
Do you offer a second sitting?
No. It would not be possible for the Academy to have a second sitting for the DL-101 exam due to the high number of students and detailed preparations that are made to support the students in the session.
Where can I find my final grade?
In order to access your grade please enter your course using your access codes and click on "Grade Book", then the course title, then on "View grade details".
Will you send me some feedback on my final exam?
After final exam period is over, you may find the feedback on your final exam in the "Grade Book" option.
I didn't pass the final exam. Can I enroll again?
Sure! You are welcome to take the course as many times as you wish to as long as you submit your online registration beforehand. Please monitor our web site for future sessions and registration periods.
I’ve passed the final exam. What now?
Congratulations! Certificates are posted by registered mail within ten weeks of the end of each session. Please make sure your postal address in your course profile is correct and complete, and that your name is displayed correctly.
