WIPO Global Business Seminar (Program Updated)

November 19, 2014

- Global Intellectual Property Strategy and WIPO Services -

Are you looking to take your business overseas but not sure how to protect your intellectual property (IP) rights? Or do you represent businesses and want to hear about the latest developments in global IP systems? Then sign up to attend one of the World Intellectual Property Organization’s (WIPO) global business seminars (free of charge), to be held at two locations in Japan. In this one-off series of events, senior representatives from WIPO will lead an interactive program of discussions that are sure to be of interest to anyone involved in the international protection of IP rights.

The full-day events will provide an introduction to WIPO services and databases, and examples of utilization of WIPO services by Japanese companies (Japanese-English interpretation will be provided). There will also be plenty of opportunity for debate and discussion, as well as interaction with representatives from the Japan Patent Office and Japan Intellectual Property Association.
