WIPO Brazil Office to collaborate in the organization of an online hackathon for the development of solutions against COVID-19

To catalyze the creative potential of countless minds in isolation, the Brazilian Center for Physical Research (CBPF), the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) and the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC) are organizing a free hackathon, HACKCOVID19.

For 72 hours – from May 15 to 17, 2020 – participants will collaborate online on projects that aim to solve COVID-19 challenges.

HACKCOVID19 will count with the help of experienced mentors from different areas and with the scientific knowledge and infrastructure of CBPF, Fiocruz and LNCC.

Let us create together something that can benefit our communities, with the hope that we will emerge from this pandemic stronger than before!
