This Summer School aims to provide an opportunity for senior students (graduates and post-graduates) and young professionals to acquire deeper knowledge on the interface between intellectual property (IP) and transfer of technology; and to discuss IP issues pertaining to licensing negotiations through case studies and simulation exercises. |
